อีดำอีแดง (Scarlet fever)<\/strong>
\n อีดำอีแดง (ไข้อีดำอีแดง ก็เรียก) เป็นโรคที่พบได้ไม่บ่อยนัก แต่ก็เคยพบการระบาดของโรคนี้ในกลุ่มเด็กนักเรียนเป็นครั้งคราว
\n โรคนี้เกิดจากเชื้อบีตาสเตรปโตค็อกคัสกลุ่มเอ (beta streptococcus group A) ซึ่งเป็นเชื้อตัวเดียวกันกับที่ทำให้เกิดทอนซิลอักเสบ ดังนั้นจึงมีอาการโรคแทรกซ้อน และการรักษาเช่นเดียวกับทอนซิลอักเสบ
\nสาเหตุ
\n เกิดจากการติดเชื้อแบคทีเรียที่มีชื่อว่า บีตาสเตรปโตค็อกคัสกลุ่มเอ
\n ติดต่อโดยการหายใจ<\/p>\n

อาการ
\n มีไข้สูง เจ็บคอ บางครั้งอาจมีอาการอาเจียน
\n ในวันที่ 2 หลังมีไข้ จะมีผื่นแดงเรื่อๆ ขึ้นที่หน้า (ยกเว้นบริเวณรอบๆปาก) ในวันต่อมาผื่นจะกระจายไปตามลำตัวและแขนขาอย่างรวดเร็ว บางรายอาจรู้สึกคัน
\n ในวันที่ 6 หลังมีไข้ ผื่นจะเริ่มจาง ผิวหนังและลิ้นจะเริ่มลอก อาการหนังลอกอาจเป็นอยู่ 2 สัปดาห์
\nสิ่งตรวจพบ
\n ทอนซิลบวมแดงหรือมีจุดหนอง, ลิ้นเป็นฝ้า, ลิ้น อาจมีลักษณะหนาขึ้นและออกเป็นสีชมพูคล้ายผลสตรอเบอรี่ เรียกว่าลิ้นสตรอเบอรี่ (strawberry tongue) ผื่นแดงตามผิวหนัง
