โรคริดสีดวงทวารหนัก <\/strong>เป็นโรคที่พบบ่อย และส่วนมากก็จะไม่ค่อยได้พบแพทย์จนกว่าเป็นมาก มักมีคำถามเสมอว่าเป็นแล้วจะหายหรือไม่ อย่างไร ข้อมูลความรู้จากรพ.กรุงเทพครับ<\/p>\n

กลไกการเกิดโรคริดสีดวงทวารหนัก<\/strong><\/p>\n

ทวารหนัก เป็นส่วนที่ติดต่ออกมาจากลำไส้ และมาเปิดออกนอกร่างกาย มีความยาวประมาณ 4 ซม. ถูกแบ่งครึ่งออกเป็นสองส่วนโดยเส้นรอบวงที่เรียกว่า แนวเส้นประสาท ส่วนที่อยู่สูงกว่าแนวเส้นประสาท เรียกว่า รูทวารหนัก (Anal canal) ซึ่งจะไม่มีเส้นประสาท และไม่เจ็บปวด<\/p>\n

ที่ผนังของรูทวารหนัก จะมีเนื้อเยื่อออกมาเป็นก้อนนูนโดยรอบ เรียกว่า เบาะรอง cushion ซึ่งภายในมีกลุ่มเลือดเส้นเลือดและกล้ามเนื้อ โดยทฤษฎีใหม่ล่าสุดของการเกิดโรคริดสีดวง เชื่อว่า การเบ่งอุจจาระมาก ๆ ภาวะท้องผูก ความดันจากการเบ่งที่สูงขึ้น และอุจจาระก้อนใหญ่ จะดันให้เบาะรอง เลื่อนลงมาเรื่อย ๆ จนยื่นออกมานอกทวารหนัก เรียกว่า ริดสีดวงชนิดภายใน<\/p>\n

ส่วนของทวารหนักที่อยู่ต่ำกว่าแนวเส้นประสาท เรียกว่า ปากทวาร(Anal margin) จะมีเส้นประสาทรับความรู้สึกเจ็บปวดมาเลี้ยง เมื่อเบาะรองจากรูทวารหนักเลื่อนลงมาเรื่อย ๆ จนถึงปากทวารหนักก็จะดันกลุ่มเส้นเลือดและเนื้อเยื่อของปากทวารหนักให้ลงต่ำ และเบียดอออกด้านข้าง จนกลายเป็นก้อนนูนที่ปากทวารหนัก เรียกว่า ริดสีดวงทวารชนิดภายนอก<\/p>\n

อาการของริดสีดวงทวารหนัก<\/strong><\/p>\n

เลือดสด ๆ ออกมาตามหลังอุจจาระ
\nก้อนยื่นออกมาจากทวารหนักขณะถ่ายอุจจาระ
\nทวารหนักเปียกแฉะโดยรอบ ๆ และคัน
\nเจ็บปวดรอบทวารโดยเฉพาะเวลาถ่ายอุจจาระ
\nคลำได้ก้อนที่บริเวณทวารหนัก

ท้องผูกเรื้อรัง
