การดูแลตนเองและป้องกันรักษาริดสีดวงทวารหนัก<\/strong>
\nเลี่ยงพฤติกรรมที่กล่าวมาในส่วนแรก เช่นการท้องผูก ถ่ายนาน อ่านหนังสือไป ให้รับประทานน้ำมาก ๆ อาหารที่มีกากใยมาก
\nถ้าปวดมาก อาจต้องพึ่งยาแก้ปวด แก้อักเสบ แช่ก้นในน้ำอุ่นทุกวันหลังถ่าย ประมาณ 15 นาที และอาจต้องใช้ยาระบายในขณะที่มีอาการ
\nยาเหน็บ เช่น พร็อคโตซีดิล เชอริพร็อค และ อนูซอล วันละ 1-3 ครั้งประมาณ 7 วัน น่าจะช่วยได้ดีขึ้น ยารับประทาน เช่น ดาฟลอน(daflon) หรือยาใหม่ venoluton ช่วยลดอาการคั่งของเลือด
\nในกรณีที่อายุมาก เป็น ๆ หาย ๆ บ่อย แนะนำว่าต้องตรวจมะเร็ง โดยการส่องกล้องด้วย เพราะอาจไม่ใช่ริดสีดวงทวารอย่างเดียว<\/p>\n

ระยะต่าง ๆของริดสีดวงทวารและการรักษา<\/strong>
\nระยะแรก หัวยังอยู่ภายใน มักไม่เจ็บ แต่จะมีเลือดออก รักษาโดยการให้ยา ฉีดยาเข้าไปในตำแหน่งที่เลือดออก
\nระยะ2หัวโผล่เมื่อถ่ายอุจจาระ หดกลับเองได้ รักษาโดยการยิงยางเพื่อรัดโคนของริดสีดวง หัวก็จะหลุดเองได้
\nระยะ 3 และ 4 ริดสีดวงใหญ่มากเกินกว่าจะกลับเข้าไปเอง ผ่าตัด หรือใช้วิธีใหม่คือ “เครื่องมือตัดเย็บอัตโนมัติ”
\nการรักษาแนวใหม่<\/strong>
\nเนื่องจากเราเข้าใจว่า ริดสีดวงทวารเกิดจากเบาะรองที่เลื่อนลง การรักษาโดยการผ่าตัดปัจจุบัน คือการดันเบาะที่เลื่อนลง กลับเข้าไปและเย็บแขวนไว้ไม่ให้เลื่อนลงมาอีก ส่วนของเบาะที่เหลือจะถูกตัดทิ้งโดยเครื่องมือตัดเย็บ hemoorhoid stappler ในแนวที่สูงกว่าเส้นประสาท ทำให้ไม่รู้สึกเจ็บมาก เมื่อเทียบกับการผ่าตัดแบบเก่า ที่จะเจ็บปวดมากในช่วง 24 ชมแรก ข้อดีคือ
