ผลการศึกษาจากสถาบันมะเร็งแห่งชาติสหรัฐ พบสิ่งที่น่าสนใจว่า การออกกำลังกาย อย่างเหมาะสมในหญิงวัยหมดประจำเดือน ช่วยป้องกันการเกิดมะเร็งเต้านม webmd-30-07-2008<\/p>\n

การออกกำลังกาย ที่ระบุว่ามีประโยชน์ ต้องทำ “อย่างหนักและจริงจัง” โดยเฉพาะ “ในสตรีที่น้ำหนักไม่เกิน” โดยการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คณะแพทย์จาก ศูนย์มะเร็ง นพ. ไมเคิล ลีซแมน กล่าวว่า “การออกกำลังกายอย่างหนัก ช่วยป้องกันมะเร็ง นอกเหนือจากช่วยทำให้ไม่อ้วน ซึ่งการไม่อ้วน ก็ช่วยในเรื่องป้องกันมะเร็งอยู่แล้ว”
\nการวิจัย ทำได้ โดยศึกษาย้อนหลังรายงานผู้ป่วย 32000 คน ในระยะ 11 ปี และพบว่า ในสตรีที่ออกกำลังกายอย่างหนัก จะสามารถป้องกันมะเร็งได้<\/p>\n
