โรคภูมิแพ้อากาส เกิดจากการที่ร่างกายได้รับสารก่อภูมิแพ้ทางการหายใจ

\nคันจมูก คันตา น้ำมูกใส
\nจามบ่อย ๆ แน่นจมูก
\nรู้สึกแน่นจมูกเช้า บางครั้งเจ็บคอเช้า ๆ
\nสารก่อภูมิแพ้ที่พบบ่อย<\/strong>
\nฝุ่น นุ่น ซากแมลงสาบ ละอองเกสรพืช ไรฝุ่นในที่นอนในบ้าน ขนสัตว์ เชื้อราในอากาศ<\/p>\n

เชื่อว่าเป็นโรคที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกรรมพันธุ์ โดยพบว่า ถ้าพ่อแม่เป็น ลูกมีโอกาสที่จะเป็นด้วยถึง 75 %
\nสิ่งกระตุ้นให้โรคเป็นมาก คือการได้รับสัมผัส การเปลี่ยนแปลงของอากาศ สุขภาพอ่อนแอ ความเครียด<\/p>\n

อาการที่พบร่วมบ่อย<\/strong>
\nอาจพบ หอบหืด ลมพิษ แพ้อาหาร คันตา ตาอักเสบ ร่วมกัน
\nการดูแลรักษา<\/strong>
\n1.การดูแลตนเอง
\nนอนหลับพักผ่อนให้เพียงพอ
\nออกกำลังกายสม่ำเสมอทุกวัน
\nรับประทานอาหารให้ถูกหลักโภชนาการ
\nหลีกเลี่ยงความเครียด
\nใช้ยาตามที่แพทย์สั่ง ไม่ควรใช้ยาเอง
\n2.การดูแลสิ่งแวดล้อม
\nกำจัดฝุ่นละอองและตัวไรในห้องนอน
\nทำความสะอาดห้องนอนทุกวัน
\nจัดห้องนอนให้โล่ง มีเครื่องตกแต่งน้อยชิ้นที่สุด
\nหลีกเลี่ยงวัสดุที่ทำจากขนสัตว์ นุ่น
\nหลีกเลี่ยงการใช้พรม
\nที่นอน หมอน ควรนำออกตากแดดทุกสัปดาห์
\nผ้าคลุมที่นอน ปลอกหมอน ผ้าห่ม มุ้ง ผ้าคลุมเตียง ควรทำความสะอาดอย่างน้อยเดือนละ 2 ครั้ง
\nเก็บหนังสือและเสื้อผ้า ในตู้ที่ปิดมิดชิด
\nใช้วัสดุที่เป็นใยสังเคราะห์ หรือฟองน้ำ
\nกำจัดแหล่งที่อยู่ของแมลงสาบ และแมลงอื่น ๆในบ้าน
\nลดปริมาณละอองเกสรดอกไม้ หญ้า
\nหลีกเลี่ยงการนำดอกไม้สด หรือต้นไม้ไว้ในบ้าน
\nตัดหญ้าและวัชพืชออก
\nไม่ควรคลุกคลีใกล้ชิดหรือนำสัตว์เลี้ยงมาใว้ในบ้าน
\nกำจัดเชื้อรา
